Yummy
INGREDIENTS
1 medium onion
30ml vegetable oil
2 tbs yeast extract in 1/4 pint of water
225 grams of chopped nuts
2 tbsp ground almonds
100 grams wholemeal breadcrumbs
1 tbsp freshly chopped sage
salt and pepper
METHOD
1. Sauté the onion in a pan until soft and clear
2. Then mix all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
3. Grease a loaf tin and pour the mixture into the tin.
4. Place in the oven for 30 minutes at 180ºC/Gas4 or until browned
